A little somethin’ to help you Wake TF Up
Our mission with GYM WEED was to provide energy that actually makes you feel good. Unlike other energy drinks, GYM WEED combines 200mg caffeine with powerful adaptogens like Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane, which are known for their potential properties to decrease stress and increase focus.1 We lean on naturally occurring caffeine extracted from Green Tea to get the job done, just another one of our Plants with Benefits to add to the list.
As much as we love a good caffeine kick, there are things to take into consideration when adding energy drinks to your daily jam. Everybody is different and reacts differently to caffeine. Excessive caffeine consumption can lead to negative side effects such as restlessness, insomnia, and increased heart rate. Ultimately caffeine and energy drinks should be exclusively limited to individuals over 18, as caffeine consumption in children could affect sleep patterns and impair normal growth and development.
⚡️
Here at GW we try to limit our daily caffeine consumption to 1-2 cans of GYM WEED per day, and we try not to drink it too late in the day which may affect sleep. That being said, everyone is unique and some of the GYM WEED fam drinks them at any time of day! Ultimately, trust your body – you’re in control.
