There are obvious physical components to fitness, but mental preparedness plays just as much of a role in an athlete’s fitness routine. Athletes are adding CBD into their workout regime to heighten mental focus and feel more locked in during workouts.
CBD DOESN’T MAKE YOU TIRED
There is a big misconception that CBD makes you tired. CBD on its own will not make you sleepy, but will help to bring balance, calm and peaceful energy. Athletes have even started adding CBD to their morning routines to help feel centered and focused throughout their workout.
